What We're Looking For
- 3 years of Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience in upscale or fine dining
- Strong background in authentic Italian cuisine, handmade pasta, and fresh seafood
- Experience leading high-volume, scratch kitchens
- Creative approach to seasonal menus and locally sourced ingredients
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing culinary teams
- Strong financial acumen, including food costs, labor management, inventory, and budgeting
- Passion for culinary excellence, consistency, and exceptional hospitality
