- 4 years of experience in Michelin-starred or equivalent ultra-luxury restaurants.
- 2 years of culinary management experience in an upscale environment.
- Proficient in kitchen management systems, basic accounting, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event demands.
