Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. In this role, you will greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, assist residents, and support our administrative team with day-to-day clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet residents, visitors, family members, and vendors upon arrival.
- Answer and direct multi-line phone calls in a professional, courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, typing, and updating directory logs.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming front lobby environment.
- Monitor visitor sign-in logs and uphold community security and guest protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 years of receptionist, customer service, or administrative office experience preferred (experience in senior living or healthcare is a plus).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with basic computer software (Word, Excel, Email, multi-line phone systems).
- A compassionate, patient demeanor when interacting with seniors and their families.
- Must pass standard background checks.
