A Schedule That Works for You
We know life is busy, so we offer a "Real Talk" approach to scheduling that prioritizes balance:
- Hours: Part-Time (20–29 hours per week).
- Daytime Flexibility: Shifts are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- The Perks: We offer flexible start and end times within those hours to help you balance school, family, or other interests.
- Weekends: Includes a rotating weekend schedule to keep things fair for the whole team.
- Special Events: Occasional evening events may be requested for holidays or family nights (we’ll give you plenty of heads-up!).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the Way: Host a variety of activities including games, exercise classes, arts and crafts, and social hours.
- One-on-One Moments: Spend quality time with residents who prefer smaller settings, providing companionship and engagement.
- Plan & Prep: Assist the Activities Director in prepping materials, decorating for holidays, and organizing outings.
- Share the Joy: Help transport residents to and from activity areas and encourage everyone to join the fun!

- Experience: Previous experience in activities, hospitality, or working with seniors is a plus, but a great attitude is our #1 requirement!
