LPN Supervisor – Full-Time & Part-Time (All Shifts)
Job Summary
The Residence at Presque Isle Bay is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to fill the role of Shift Supervisor. We are offering both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with a rotating weekend schedule. As an LPN Supervisor, you will lead our floor operations, guide our caregiving staff, and ensure our residents receive exceptional clinical care.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and delegate daily tasks to floor Caregivers and CNAs during your shift.
- Correctly administer medications and clinical treatments in accordance with resident care plans.
- Manage clinical documentation and communicate health updates directly to families and management.
- Foster an organized, professional, and supportive team environment on the floor.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a consistent shift rotation including a rotating weekend schedule.
- Must pass a standard background check, physical, and drug screening.
