Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience with friendly and attentive service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash handling responsibilities, and perform basic math calculations for transactions
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends in brewing, cocktail crafting, and wine selections
• Assist with bar management duties including inventory control, stock replenishment, and ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
• Support catering events, banquets, or special functions by serving beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless order processing
• Proven expertise in cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and craft beer experience
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures within the food industry
• Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
• Experience in fine dining settings or hospitality environments that demand professionalism and attention to detail
• Familiarity with catering and banquet service operations to support large-scale events effectively
