Responsibilities

• Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance to identify suspicious activity or security breaches
• Control access points by performing thorough security checks on Bar patrons
• Respond promptly to incidents, including conflicts or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills and de-escalation techniques
• Conduct physical inspections and manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary, to ensure safety standards are met
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring law enforcement intervention

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service or related fields is highly desirable
• Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems and performing background checks
• Ability to handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting safely and effectively
• Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, or perform patrols for extended periods
