We’re partnering with a major aerospace organization in Wichita seeking a Project / Program Analyst to support high-impact global supply chain initiatives across kitting, bin management, and operational improvement programs. This role sits at the intersection of operations, planning, and execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments where visibility and influence are high.

What You’ll Do

• Support global kitting and bin management initiatives improving material flow and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain integrated project plans and schedules across complex workstreams
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies that strengthen execution outcomes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support customer proposals and requests by coordinating cost inputs and delivery alignment
• Troubleshoot program execution issues and remove blockers proactively
• Improve operational performance through customer-focused process enhancements
• Build strong working relationships across engineering, supply chain, operations, and leadership teams
• Translate complex project concepts into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders

Required Experience

• 5 years of relevant professional experience
• 2 years supporting project or program management initiatives
• Experience working across complex cross-functional organizations
• Background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Distribution environments
• Experience using project planning tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent)

Preferred Experience

• Aviation or aerospace environment exposure
• SAP familiarity
• Process improvement or systems integration experience
