Customer Support Specialist

Join a collaborative aerospace support environment focused on helping customers manage critical spare parts orders, delivery coordination, returns processing, and operational support activities. This role plays an important part in supporting order execution, resolving delivery issues, maintaining material flow, and building strong customer relationships within a fast-paced supply chain and distribution operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and process customer spare parts inquiries, orders, returns, and delivery requests
• Coordinate shipment activity, material tracking, and order status updates to support on-time delivery performance
• Investigate and help resolve order discrepancies, inventory concerns, shipping delays, and delivery-related issues
• Review purchase orders and maintain order accuracy within ERP and internal systems
• Support critical and time-sensitive orders through coordination with warehouse, quality, logistics, and operations teams
• Monitor open orders, RMAs, customer claims, and return activity to help drive timely resolution
• Create and maintain performance metrics, operational reports, and customer support tracking data
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while developing an understanding of customer operations and business priorities
• Communicate effectively across multiple departments to support smooth order flow and customer satisfaction
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to delivery performance, operational efficiency, and service quality
Ideal Background:
• Experience in customer support, order management, supply chain, logistics, materials coordination, or operations support
• Comfortable working in fast-paced operational, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using Excel and ERP systems such as SAP is highly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
• Aerospace, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, or industrial operations experience is a plus
