Customer Support Specialist – Aerospace Supply Chain Operations

Level I – Level III Opportunities Available (Based on Experience)
We are partnering with a major aerospace organization in Hialeah seeking Customer Support Specialists to support aviation spare parts operations, order management, logistics coordination, and customer delivery support within a fast-moving supply chain environment.
There are multiple openings available ranging from Level I through Level III, allowing flexibility for candidates coming from more entry-level operational support backgrounds all the way through experienced customer operations, account coordination, or program support professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating across teams, managing customer orders, and helping keep complex operations moving smoothly.
Important:
This is NOT a traditional high-volume call center role.
The environment is much more operationally focused and collaborative, involving order tracking, ERP systems, delivery coordination, logistics support, reporting, and customer relationship management tied to aerospace spare parts and provisioning operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinate responses to customer inquiries related to spare parts orders and delivery activity
• Track and manage customer orders, returns, RMAs, and delivery issues through resolution
• Analyze supplier and customer information tied to material flow, provisioning, and operational support
• Support order entry, order maintenance, and ERP/portal updates within SAP/Cardex environments
• Partner with warehouse, logistics, sales, quality, accounting, and planning teams to resolve order issues and shipment delays
• Prioritize and expedite urgent or high-impact customer orders
• Research and troubleshoot operational issues impacting delivery timelines and customer satisfaction
• Monitor reporting, operational metrics, and open-order activity
• Support customer relationships through strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-through
• Assist with continuous operational improvement efforts across customer support and supply chain workflows
