Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and order fulfillment operations within a structured warehouse environment.
This is a hands-on warehouse role ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
This is a temporary contract assignment expected to last up to 3 months.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipping and receiving operations
• Verify incoming shipments for identification, accuracy, and visible damage
• Process receiving and shipping documentation accurately
• Pick, fill, and prepare customer or internal orders using a laptop computer and handheld scanner
• Match paperwork to cartons and prepare shipments for billing and shipping
• Receive parts and place inventory into proper warehouse bin locations
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy efforts
• Use utility carts, handheld scanners, PCs, and warehouse systems throughout daily operations
• Package and process outgoing shipments
• Help maintain shipping and receiving supplies and organized work areas
• Support departmental goals, productivity expectations, and company operational standards
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and carry cartons weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to safely move heavier materials using available warehouse safety equipment and tools
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or order picking experience preferred
• Comfortable using scanners, laptops, and basic computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to follow processes and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
