Senior Project Manager
Location: Lone Tree, CO
Salary: $160,000-$190,000

Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of large-scale construction projects along the Front Range, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- On-site role based in Lone Tree, CO
- Travel required to project sites across the Front Range
- Full-time, exempt position
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall project planning, execution, and closeout
- Review and support project estimates, bidding processes, and team assignments
- Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and submittals
- Collaborate with Superintendents to manage field operations and material logistics
- Ensure proper setup and execution of project management processes (budgets, schedules, procurement logs, etc.)
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage change orders
- Review financials, billings, and provide updates to senior leadership and clients
- Ensure timely completion of punch lists and closeout documentation
- Support dispute resolution and final project reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience
- Background with a large general contractor strongly preferred
- Experience in commercial construction required
- Experience in healthcare, SCIF, or cleanroom environments is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to align with a culture centered on safety, quality, integrity, and collaboration
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $160,000 – $190,000
- Bonus: 8–10% annual performance bonus
- Auto Allowance: $750/month
