Senior Concrete Project Manager
Salary Range: $163,000–$182,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Boise, ID
The Senior Concrete Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and financial performance of complex concrete construction projects. This role oversees multiple project teams, drives operational excellence, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The position plays a key role in leadership development, client relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple large-scale concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for project managers and project engineers.
- Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with timelines and critical path activities.
- Oversee subcontract management, contract administration, and procurement processes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to safety, budget, schedule, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on business development efforts, proposals, and client growth.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across project execution, processes, and team performance.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of project management experience in concrete construction or large-scale commercial/industrial projects.
- Strong experience managing self-perform scopes and complex construction operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring project teams.
- Experience with financial oversight including cost forecasting, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
- Proficiency in CPM scheduling and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Bluebeam).
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards (OSHA knowledge preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (required).
