Sycamore Medical Management is seeking a HR Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data (headcount, turnover, compensation, engagement)
- Partner with HR and leadership to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in our HRIS system
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and improve HR processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate data workflows
- Monitor key HR KPIs and create regular reporting packages for leadership
- Assist in HR system implementations, upgrades, and data audits
- Running reports and reporting analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources preferred

- Experience with HRIS platforms
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $60,000-$67,000
the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
