Director of Human Resources Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred
UKG experience
Will oversee Assisted Living side
Previous experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required
Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.
Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.
Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
Any other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Full-time, including a monthly weekend rotation
