Director of Human Resources Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred
- UKG experience
- Will oversee Assisted Living side
- Previous experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required
- Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
- Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.
- Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.
- Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Schedule: Full-time, including a monthly weekend rotation
