Food Services Director Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Full time, including on-call to cover shifts as needed

- ServSafe Certification required
- Experience in managing Food Services Department and staff in a long-term care setting preferred
- Inspects the Dietary Department daily to ensure that it is safe and sanitary
- Submits written reports to the administration as necessary
- Plans nutritionally balanced & therapeutic meals that reflect the likes and dislikes of residents, as well as Public Health regulations
- Responsible for food purchase, production, and timely service of meals
- Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel
- Hires, orients, trains, counsels, disciplines, and when appropriate, terminates dietary staff
- Ability to work independently or part of a group
- Computer knowledge
