We are seeking a seasoned Workday Implementation expert to serve as an expert witness consultant for a global law firm. This role involves reviewing project documentation, validating configuration decisions, and assessing compliance with Workday best practices. The consultant will prepare expert reports and provide testimony if the case proceeds to trial. This is a unique opportunity combining Workday expertise with high-visibility litigation support.
Key Responsibilities- Review Workday implementation artifacts, including configuration, integrations, testing documentation, and approved design work
- Analyze project scope and decisions for alignment with Workday standards and industry norms
- Draft expert reports detailing findings and recommendations
- Provide expert testimony in court if required
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure defensibility of project decisions
- Extensive end-to-end Workday implementation experience
- Proven expertise with Workday integrations and custom configurations
- Ability to write expert testimony and testify in court
- Prior experience with healthcare organizations
- Experience working with or within a Workday System Integrator
- Strong background in Workday Payroll
- Familiarity with ADP as a legacy system
- Experience with Workday Assurance program standards
- Long-term engagement offering stability over 2–3 years
- High-visibility expert witness role supporting a major international law firm
- Fully remote work with flexible scheduling aligned to litigation phases
