Our client is seeking a senior-level Oracle Fusion ERP leader to drive the next phase of a major enterprise transformation across Finance and Supply Chain operations. This is a high-impact role sitting at the center of a multi-year Oracle modernization initiative, with visibility into executive leadership and responsibility for stabilizing, optimizing, and operationalizing a complex ERP ecosystem.
Role Overview
Our client has already completed a significant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation across core Finance and Supply Chain functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Planning & Budgeting, Order Management, Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, and related integrations across warehouse and distribution environments.
While the platform is technically built and tested, the organization is now focused on the next critical phase: transforming business processes to ensure scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
The environment is currently operating in parallel with legacy systems, and leadership has intentionally delayed full production cutover to ensure process optimization, simplification, and organizational readiness are fully achieved.
Key Focus Areas
This role will lead and influence across the following priorities:
- Driving end-to-end optimization of Finance and Order-to-Cash processes within Oracle Fusion
- Identifying and eliminating unnecessary complexity carried forward from legacy systems
- Partnering with business and technical stakeholders to redesign scalable, standardized workflows
- Ensuring the ERP environment can support significant business growth without performance degradation
- Supporting final stabilization efforts and readiness for production cutover
- Acting as a trusted internal transformation leader, bridging business operations and ERP capability
Why This Role Exists
The organization has reached a critical inflection point in its transformation journey:
- Initial Oracle Fusion implementation is complete and validated
- Technical readiness is largely achieved, including integration and testing work
- However, legacy business processes were not fully simplified during implementation
- As a result, scalability and operational efficiency concerns must now be addressed before full go-live
Leadership is now prioritizing process transformation over system implementation, with a strong emphasis on internal ownership, accountability, and long-term sustainability of the Oracle environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring:
- Deep experience with Oracle Fusion ERP in Finance and/or Supply Chain environments Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
- Strong background in Order-to-Cash, Financials, and enterprise process transformation
- Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments (ERP warehouse/logistics integrations)
- Ability to challenge existing business processes and drive simplification (not just implementation)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, Operations, and Technology
- Proven ability to lead through influence in environments resistant to change
- Experience acting as a bridge between business users and ERP/IT teams
