The Opportunity
This role is designed for a strategic thinker with deep international exposure who can oversee enterprise‑wide initiatives spanning investment structures, taxation strategy, migration, and governance. The Director will partner closely with senior leadership and external advisors to bring coherence, foresight, and disciplined execution to global initiatives across North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high‑impact global initiatives including investment taxation strategies, migration planning, and enterprise integration projects
- Provide cross‑pillar oversight to ensure alignment, sequencing, and risk visibility across complex, multi‑jurisdictional initiatives
- Advise on global structuring decisions impacting investments, entities, trusts, and operating activities
- Apply judgment in novel or “case of first impression” situations, identifying second‑ and third‑order implications
- Serve as a senior interface with legal, tax, fiduciary, and financial advisors globally
- Synthesize complex inputs into clear, decision‑ready recommendations for senior stakeholders
Ideal Background
- 12–18 years of relevant experience within:
- Single or multi‑family offices
- Financial services or private capital platforms, Top‑tier consulting firms, Leading law firms (Top 200 / AmLaw level)
- Extensive experience with cross‑border planning, global taxation frameworks, and enterprise‑level advisory
- Proven ability to operate at a strategic level without being a functional executor
- Strong executive presence with exceptional judgment, discretion, and communication skills
