Responsibilities
- Inside Sales: Timely response and coordination of activities between customer accounts, regional sales, service representative and all departments.
- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Customer Follow-up: Providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of the products or services being sold.
Specific Tasks
- Obtains sales orders for aftermarket parts by working with Outside Sales.
- Updates and maintains accurate CRM database files of all assigned accounts.
- Prepares routine cost estimates as required and provides follow-up on principal cost requests.
- Processes formal complaints, customer returns, and customer adjustments in a timely manner.
- Actively assist with resolutions of accounts receivable problems.
Experience & Background
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience: Two years of comparable work experience in a related field preferred (industrial parts)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
