What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and enhance Workday functionality with a primary focus on Learning and Benefits, along with potential exposure to Absence
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, reporting, and system functionality
- Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to improve workflows, system performance, and user experience
- Support system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements
- Assist with data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process documentation
- Collaborate closely with a team of HRIS professionals in a highly collaborative environment
- Serve as a trusted Workday resource and provide functional support across the organization
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday Learning
- Strong expertise with:
- Workday Report Writer
- Calculated Fields
- 3 years of HRIS, HR Technology, or HCM systems experience
- Experience configuring and supporting Workday in a production environment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience supporting Benefits and/or Absence
- Exposure to BIRT and/or Workday Studio
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
