The Infrastructure Manager will oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring projects and initiatives are delivered on time and meet user expectations. This leadership role involves managing technical teams, driving infrastructure strategy, and maintaining enterprise systems to support business continuity and security.

• Manage IT operations and ensure timely completion of initiatives
• Communicate with stakeholders to align deliverables and expectations
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance
• Lead design and implementation of IT processes, policies, and procedures
• Analyze network needs and contribute to architecture design
• Maintain network hardware/software, servers, and peripherals
• Coordinate with departments to meet IT requirements
• Evaluate hardware/software capabilities and recommend improvements
• Optimize system performance and manage recovery after failures
• Establish budgets for equipment replacement and procurement
• Implement access controls and security measures
• Plan and test business continuity/disaster recovery strategies
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members
• Oversee staff training and documentation processes
• Stay current with technology trends and advise on adoption strategies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of technical and managerial experience
• Extensive infrastructure and application support experience using ITIL-based systems
• 3 years implementing and supporting VMware vSphere environments
• 5 years supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments
• 5 years experience with IIS
• 2 years supporting VMware Horizon virtual desktop environments
• 3 years implementing and supporting storage area networks
• Microsoft Exchange and F5 Big-IP experience preferred
• Proven experience managing technical support teams
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-call and participate in pager rotation

• Familiarity with enterprise-scale infrastructure environments
• Experience in IT strategy development and implementation
