Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable HR Generalist Contractor to support a division of a $1B international manufacturing organization with multiple U.S. sites. This role will provide hands-on support across core HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can quickly build relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities across the division
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate coordination, and onboarding
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS systems
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Coordinate benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
- Assist with performance management processes and training initiatives
- Partner with site leadership on HR projects and continuous improvement efforts
Salary : $34 - $38
