We are hiring an EPC Project Manager to support large-scale Electric Distribution projects focused on reliability improvements, infrastructure modernization, and high-impact customer initiatives. This role manages projects across the full lifecycle—planning through closeout—while partnering closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage medium-to-large projects of moderate to high complexity
- Ensure projects meet scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and forecasts
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and constraints
- Manage multiple projects concurrently across various lifecycle stages
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and transmission teams
- Serve as the primary communication lead throughout the project lifecycle
- Track performance metrics and report project status to leadership
- Validate financial forecasts and reconcile project expenditures
- Identify and drive process improvements, standards, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering or a related field
- Valid driver’s license
- 3 years of applied engineering and/or project management experience
- Experience working within Project Lifecycle Processes (PLP)
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects to closure
- Ability to lead teams, resolve conflict, and execute in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Experience with electric transmission or distribution infrastructure
- Experience leading complex projects impacting large customers or municipalities
- Strong risk identification and mitigation experience
- Experience presenting project updates to senior leadership
Salary : $50 - $55
