About the Opportunit
yWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused End User Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users, desktop systems, audio-visual technologies, and corporate IT infrastructure. This role will support employees across multiple locations by resolving hardware, software, networking, and AV-related issues while ensuring a high level of customer service
