Pay Rate: $34-38/hr

Job Location: Boston,MA. They have free on site parking. 


WFH situation: Hybrid

Must Haves:


General accounting skill set : GL, monthly close, account analysis and reconciliations, journal entries, bank reconciliations, prepare audit schedules 


Excel 



Plus:


Blackbaud Financial Edge or other ERP system


Non-profit and/or healthcare exposure


BS in Accounting



Job Description:

We’re looking for an accountant who can quickly get up to speed and take on responsibilities such as:

• Prepare journal entries and perform monthly close tasks, including account analysis and reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules and reconciliations for the annual financial audit.
• Support special projects
• Other tasks and responsibilities as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance a plus
• 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger transactions and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Commitment to customer service and employee satisfaction.
