Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates for production, engineering, maintenance, and skilled trades roles.
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments specific to manufacturing roles and environments.
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer for all manufacturing positions.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing roles.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EEO guidelines and company safety policies.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
- Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or production roles.
- Solid understanding of the manufacturing sector, its typical roles (e.g., engineers, skilled trades, production staff), and talent acquisition challenges.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools/platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes or terminology
- Experience with high-volume recruiting strategies
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
