Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing training and performance management.
- Oversee all internal and external quality audits, including customer, supplier, and certification audits.
- Establish and monitor key quality metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage non-conforming materials and products, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to integrate quality into manufacturing processes and new product development.
- Ensure products meet all specified quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Proven experience (5 years) in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing quality teams.
- Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., SPC, Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience implementing or optimizing Quality Management System (QMS) software
- Internal or Lead Auditor certification for multiple ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
