Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
- Oversee all quality control activities, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage supplier quality programs, conduct audits, and monitor supplier performance.
- Ensure products and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems, including implementation and auditing.
- Proven proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage quality teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Certified Lead Auditor for a specialized industry standard (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485)
- Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Proven experience in implementing or optimizing a digital Quality Management System (QMS)
