Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Ensure all products meet internal, customer, and regulatory quality specifications.
- Manage all quality control activities, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Oversee supplier quality management, including audits and performance monitoring.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, implementing effective corrective actions.
- Conduct and manage internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance and drive improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing quality teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standards (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949)
- Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab) and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Proficiency in QMS software implementation and optimization
- Background in highly regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., medical devices, aerospace)
