Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and inspection criteria.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for advanced data analysis
- Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS9100)
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
- Experience developing and implementing automated quality inspection or data collection systems
