Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
- Oversee all quality control activities from incoming raw materials to finished product inspection.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Manage supplier quality performance through audits, qualification, and ongoing monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Ensure products meet all specified quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and analyze quality performance data, reporting key metrics to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
- Proficiency with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to global manufacturing operations
