Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities by developing quality plans and inspection criteria.
- Manage and resolve customer quality complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong understanding and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949)
- Experience with ERP Quality Management modules (e.g., SAP QM, Oracle QMS)
