Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of production operators to ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and targets.
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions for deviations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor new and existing production personnel on operational procedures.
- Report on production performance, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and promoting a safe work environment.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce.
