Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Design, implement, and validate process improvements and new equipment installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex process-related production issues and deviations.
- Conduct process capability studies, root cause analysis, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, PFDs, and training materials.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless process integration and performance.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in process data analysis, statistical tools, and relevant software (e.g., CAD, simulation, MES).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex manufacturing processes.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or process simulation tools
- Experience with specific manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python/R) for process optimization
