Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset reliability strategies and programs.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical equipment failures.
- Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks.
- Optimize preventative and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support capital projects with reliability input for new equipment selection and installation.
- Provide technical expertise and training on reliability principles to maintenance and operations teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field.
- 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reliability methodologies and tools (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
- Experience implementing and utilizing predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Strong understanding of CMMS/EAM systems and their application in asset management.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for predictive modeling
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML for predictive maintenance)
- Proven experience in CMMS/EAM system optimization or implementation
