Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain coordination.
- Develop and manage the operational budget, controlling expenditures and driving profitability.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
- 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Thorough understanding of manufacturing safety protocols, quality management systems (e.g., ISO), and regulatory compliance.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
