Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical breakdowns efficiently.
- Install, set up, and commission new production equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational readiness.
- Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for repairs and installations.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and company policies during all tasks.
- 3 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical maintenance manuals.
- Demonstrated experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
- Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience
- Welding and/or fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG)
- Experience with CMMS/EAM software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
- Certification for operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or boom lifts
- Advanced understanding of industrial hydraulics and pneumatics
