Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting, general ledger operations, and month-end close processes.
- Manage and enhance cost accounting systems, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against financial targets.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial data integrity.
- Analyze manufacturing variances (material, labor, overhead) and provide actionable insights to operations management.

- 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA highly preferred.
- Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing methodologies.
- Proven proficiency with major ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Prior experience with ERP system implementation or significant optimization projects.
- Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) or multi-currency operations.
