Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and execute corrective maintenance.
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot new production machinery and ancillary equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Conduct precision adjustments and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for diagnostics and basic programming.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and experience with preventative maintenance programs.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
- Welding and fabrication skills.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Certification or experience with HVAC systems.
