Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Lead, train, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a strong safety culture.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
- Oversee the diagnosis and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with production management to minimize disruption during maintenance activities.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment, electrical systems, automation, and maintenance methodologies (PM, PdM, RCM).
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including staff development and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to apply root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques to enhance asset reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Experience implementing advanced predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
- Proficiency with specific enterprise CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) beyond basic user functionality
- PLC programming or HMI development experience
