Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs) on production machinery and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
- Install, commission, and relocate new manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls.
- Proficiency in PLC diagnostics and programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG).
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
