Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, overseeing scheduling and performance.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external contractor services.
- Oversee all reactive maintenance activities, prioritizing repairs to ensure production continuity.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance for all maintenance operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical expertise in industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills for a maintenance crew.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with advanced CMMS implementation or optimization projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
- Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial automation troubleshooting.
