Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
- Oversee the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to support manufacturing goals and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing maintenance teams, including scheduling, performance, and safety.
- Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and experience implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Advanced experience with specific PLC programming or industrial automation systems
- Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Practitioner certification
