Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily fabrication operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Ensure all fabricated parts and assemblies consistently meet quality standards and specifications.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Coordinate production schedules, material flow, and resource allocation within the fabrication area.
- Implement and enforce all safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure workplace.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with engineering and other departments to optimize fabrication processes and designs.
