Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Identify process inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and direct observation.
- Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement projects.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on Lean principles, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement tools.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by engaging teams in improvement projects and fostering a proactive mindset.
- Standardize best practices and ensure the sustainment of improvements across manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systemic solutions and drive operational excellence.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent)
- 5 years experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Excellent project management, communication, and change leadership abilities
- Experience with financial modeling or cost-benefit analysis for improvement projects.
- Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, R) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
- Exposure to automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 concepts in manufacturing environments.
