Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
- Coach and mentor teams in continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
- Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies using data-driven approaches and performance metrics.
- Drive the implementation of best practices, standard work, and visual management systems.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustain gains.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and accountability throughout the organization.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DFSS), and other CI tools (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) strongly preferred; Master Black Belt a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and implement complex continuous improvement projects, driving cultural change and delivering measurable results.
- Experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 initiatives or digital transformation projects.
- Certification in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with advanced data analytics platforms or simulation software.
