Qualifications
- Master’s-level clinical degree from an accredited program
- (CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, LCMHC, LMFT / MFT)
- Fully licensed or actively working toward licensure in the State of Utah
- (onsite supervision provided)
- In good standing with the Utah Department of Professional Licensing (DOPL)
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and heart for the work
- Maintain a manageable caseload with direct client care capped at 30 hours per week
- (weekly staff meetings included in DCC hours)
- Provide individual and group therapy within our structured, evidence-based programming
- Utilize and become proficient in The Phoenix’s standardized curriculum
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Attend and contribute to weekly staff and clinical meetings
- Support clients in meeting individualized treatment goals and program agreements
- Practice with empathy, accountability, and integrity
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 DOE (based on licensure and experience)
- Total Compensation Value: $75,000 – $85,000
- (If you do not require health benefits, the average benefit cost is added directly to salary)
