The Phoenix Recovery Center, LLC. is a comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment center located in South Jordan, UT. Our mission is to empower individuals and families suffering from addiction and mental health issues to celebrate life through lasting solutions. Our continuum of care includes Residential Treatment, Day Program, and Intensive Outpatient (IOP), providing a holistic approach to recovery.

Competency & Qualifications
· Master’s level clinical degree from an accredited school- CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, LCMHC, MFT
· Fully licensed or working towards licensure in the State of Utah (will provide onsite supervision)
· Be in good standing w/ Department of Professional Licensing
Shifts available- MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO CONSISTENT SHIFT

Monday 9:00a- 5:00p, Tuesday 9:00a- 5:00p, Thursday 9:00a- 5:00p
Monday 9:00a- 3:00p, Tuesday 12:00p- 6:00p, Wednesday 9:00a- 3:00p, Thursday 12:00p- 6:00p
20 hours a week
Monday 9:00a- 1:00p, Tuesday 9:00a- 1:00p, Wednesday 9:00a- 1:00p, Thursday 9:00a- 1:00p, Friday 9:00a- 1:00p
Monday 12:00p- 8:00p, Wednesday 12:00p- 6:00p, Thursday 12:00p- 6:00p
Responsibilities
· Manage a caseload of 80% DCC hours per work day
· Become familiar with and utilize the standardized curriculum
· Attend and support weekly staff and clinical meetings
· Proficiency in supporting clients to meet clinical objectives and program agreements
Compensation
- Hourly rate based of experience $33- $35
